Move-In Fees
All applicants over the age of 18 will pay a $20 application fee. Once your application is approved, a $200 non-refundable holding fee will be charged to the primary applicant’s method of payment. This is an automatic charge applied towards your move-in costs. Upon move in, you will be responsible for paying a security deposit.

We offer comfortable one-bedrooms that cover up to 680 square feet and generous two-bedroom floor plans that go up to 921 square feet. We are confident you can find the perfect fit for you. All our homes come cable and high-speed internet ready. Our largest two-bedroom layouts feature one and a half bathrooms together with a beautifully appointed master bedroom.
