We make any necessary repairs and appliance replacements to the unit, paint the unit, replace or clean the carpet, and thoroughly clean the apartment.
Yes we do! We have maintenance available during business hours, and standby maintenance available 24/7 in case of emergencies.
You can contact our office to put in a work order by calling, stopping in, or you can log in to your Resident Services account to place a work order through our online portal.
Maintenance issues are handled in order of receipt and severity.
You can call our office during business hours or standby maintenance during non-business hours.
Any modifications to the unit must be approved in writing by management. The unit must be returned to the condition it was in at move-in, before moving out.
We have 24-hour maintenance, laundry facilities in every building, and a sparkling pool and sundeck.
The pool is available from 10:00 AM until dusk.
We do have parking available and it is first come, first served.
We do not have washer/dryer hookups in the apartments themselves, however, we have laundry facilities in every building.
We allow cats and dogs in most of our buildings.
There is an additional monthly charge for Pet Rent. We also require certain documentation.
There are weight and breed restrictions on pets. Please contact our office for more details.
We do not have a pet park but we do have multiple courtyard areas where you can walk your pet and we include pet waste stations in those areas.
We supply a stove and refrigerator in each unit.
Yes, we offer furnished apartments. Please contact the leasing office for details.
We offer leases as short as 6 months, through 12 months.
We do offer corporate leases. Please contact the office for more information.
Due to COVID-19 we will no longer be able to accept packages in our office.
There is no fee to take a tour of our apartments and community.
Appointments are encouraged but walk-ins are accepted.
Management is available during business hours and on an on-call basis if an emergency occurs.
You can apply by selecting the "Apply Now" option located on our website at, for the floorplan you desire.
Typically we screen an application within 24 hours of submission and usually receive an instant response.
You will have to pay the first month's rent and security deposit, plus any other applicable fees for internet, cable, or pet rent.
Online payments are preferred for convenience and quickness! However, you do have the option to mail your payment or pay with cash, using WIPS (Walk In Payment System) at any participating location.
You can add your checking account or debit/credit card information in your Resident Services account and save it for recurring payments or submit one-time payments.
There is a service fee if paying with a debit or credit card, with the amount determined by the card provider. If using a savings or checking account there is no cost. Please note that there is a 48-hour verification process in order to add a savings or checking account to a Resident Services account.
You are not required to purchase renter's insurance, however, it is highly recommended.
Gas for heating and hot water is included, as well as water.
You will contact WE Energies to setup electric service as of your move-in date.
We do not allow outside providers. However, we do offer High Speed Internet and Cable, as well as Dish Network through our own provider, Bloom Broadband.
Our residents are always able to have guests but we ask that guests are respectful of our rules and regulations.
There are no price reductions for paying rent a year in advance. Rental rates are based on your lease length and move-in date, so it makes it easier for you to choose the option that best suits your needs.
If you wish to break your lease there is an early termination fee that is 200% of your currently monthly rental rate, and is due at the time of notice.
Yes, this community offers reduced rental rates for long-term residents, seniors, military and emergency service personnel. Eligible residents receive a 3% rent discount during a lease term. It's referred to as the Appreciation Program.
Yes! Our property is conveniently located right on the city bus route.
We are near many grocery stores and shopping areas. We are 5 minutes from the downtown area and beautiful Lake Michigan. We are right in the middle of 3 colleges. We are also near gorgeous Petrifying Springs Park.

The nearest dog park is about 5 to 10 minutes away.
Yes there are! About 5 to 10 minutes away.
There are multiple options for grocery shopping nearby, and we are also 10 to 15 minutes away from a large retail shopping plaza.
We are located about 10 minutes from Starbucks. For a more local feeling there is also Common Grounds and The Coffee Pot located in downtown Kenosha, about 5 minutes away.
